Baked Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
Pudding:
- 500g chocolate cake mix
- 120g Ladismith Spreado, melted (plus extra for greasing)
- 2 large eggs
- 250ml cold milk or water
- 1 tsp. instant coffee powder
Sauce:
- 200g of the chocolate icing powder (included in premix)
- 1 cup warm milk
Method

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Then, coat a large baking dish with Spreado.
- Whisk the eggs, cold milk and coffee powder in a large bowl, then add the melted Spreado, stirring until fully mixed.

Slowly incorporate the cake mix, stirring until just blended.

Empty the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Combine the chocolate icing mix with warm milk and water in a separate bowl. Stir until the icing mix is dissolved and becomes saucy.

Evenly pour the icing sauce over the batter in the baking dish without stirring.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the pudding is firm.

Allow it to cool slightly, then serve it warm with a scoop of ice cream, custard, or cream.
